Your Church or Facility Provides

Light breakfast, Lunch & Dinner will be provided.
The beach outing will be from 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. (specific day of week will be arranged).
Maximum of 15 children between the ages of 6 - 15.
One adult chaperone must be present for every 5 children in attendance.
Chaperones must be at least 21 years of age, preferably can swim, and perform CPR.
Chaperones must stay the entire day with the children at the property.
"Written Release Form" for every child attending (no exception). This release form must be filled out completely, signed by the parent or legal guardian of the child who will be attending.
Note any food allergies the child may have or medications they need on the release form.
Church or facility provides safe transportation to and from the property.
Cell phones are only to be used discretionally. Chaperones are responsible for collecting all cell phones from the children that are brought to the beach house.
